RunSheet
Privacy
RunSheet turns a GPX route into printable cue sheets. You can use it without an account. This page says what we keep and who else sees it.
Without an account
- Your GPX file is read in your browser. Its coordinates are sent to our server and to Mapbox to match them to roads and trails, and are not stored.
- Your browser remembers a few choices on your own device: miles or kilometres, cue sheets or course marking, marking settings, sections, and flags you cleared. We never receive these.
- If you connect Strava, your Strava sign-in is kept in cookies in your browser so you can pick routes. We read only the routes you choose. Disconnect at any time from the upload screen.
With an account
- Your email address, used to send sign-in links. There is no password.
- The routes you save: the GPS points, cue sheet, and your edits.
- The clubs you belong to, and the other organizers you add by email.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in on this browser.
A shared route's cue sheet can be opened by anyone with its link, and a club's page lists its shared routes. You can turn sharing off for any route.
Who else handles it
- Vercel hosts the app.
- Neon stores the database for accounts, clubs, and saved routes.
- Mapbox matches route coordinates to roads and trails and looks up street names.
- Postmark sends sign-in emails.
- Strava, only if you connect it.
We do not sell your data, show ads, or use analytics or tracking scripts.
Deleting your data
Delete your account from the account page. Your saved routes and any club you run alone are deleted with it. Routes you saved to a club with other organizers stay with that club.
